Studies and publications
Studied with Fortis Hospital Kolkata, IIT Kharagpur, Curtin University and Bangkok Hospital.
Clinical performance
Detection of greater than 50% coronary blockage, against angiography. Fortis Hospital Kolkata, 40 CAD patients and 40 non-CAD participants.
Source. Single-centre, prospective diagnostic-accuracy pilot study at Fortis Hospital, Kolkata, 2023. Published open access in the Journal of Vascular Diseases, February 2026, following presentation at EACTS 2024.
Limitations. Eighty male participants at one centre. The study used an earlier seven-sensor vest with 10-second breath-hold recordings. The current vest has six sensors and records for one minute. The 250-patient validation study and the multicentric pilot are designed to confirm performance with the current vest in a broader population.
